About My Automoxie Account

• How do I set up an email alert?

• After doing a vehicle search on Automoxie.com you will be taken to the search results page. On the bottom right side below the search options will be an "Email Alert" tab, click the "Email Alert" tab to save any search. If after doing a search and no results are found, click the "Email Alert" tab and newly posted emails matching your search criteria will be emailed to you.

• Where do I view my saved searches?

• Once you've created an account and saved a specific vehicle search. Log into your account, go to "My Automoxie" and click on the "My Searches" tab. There you should see all searches that have been saved with the most recent at the top of the list.

• How do I cancel my email alerts?

• Once you've registered an account and created an email alert. Log into your account, go to "My Automoxie" and click on the "My Searches" tab. There you should see all email alerts below your saved searches. On the right side of each alert will be a red "X". Click the red "X" and you will be asked if you're sure you would like to remove that alert.

• How do I sign up for a membership?

• Signing up is very simple at Automoxie.com. At the top right of every page look for the word "Register", click that link and you will be taken to a registration page.

• How do I join Automoxie.com?

• Signing up is very simple at Automoxie.com. At the top right of every page look for the word "Register", click that link and you will be taken to a registration page. Fill in your information and click "Submit". Once registered, you will be able to take advantage of our saved search and email alert features.

• To use Automoxie.com, does my browser have to accept cookies?

• No, but accepting cookies is recommended for an optimal website experience. A cookie is a small text file stored by Automoxie on your computer to keep track of information about your browsing, as well as the username/password info the site needs to remember you when you return.

About My Cars, My Searches and My Summary

• How do I delete a car or search from my saved list?

• After logging into your Automoxie account you will need to click either "my searches" or "my saved cars". Upon doing so, you may then click the red "X" next to the car listing or saved search that you would like to delete.

• Can I modify my saved searches?

• Once you've created an account and saved a specific vehicle search. Log into your account, go to "My Automoxie" and click on the "My Searches" tab. There you should see all searches that have been saved with the most recent at the top of the list. Click the search you would like to modify. The search results will be displayed and any changes can be made from the search results page. Once the changes have been made, click on the "Save this Search" tab. This will create a new saved search. It will not overwrite or delete the previous search.

• What does it mean when a saved car becomes an inactive listing?

• This means that the listing has not been renewed or has been pulled from the site because it is no longer available.

About My Membership Information

• What if I forgot my password?

• Please contact customer support at: 503.260.1552.

• How can I change my email address, password or other membership information?

• Log into Automoxie.com, go to "My Automoxie" and click on "Profile Settings". From within the profile settings you can edit all personal information. When finished click the "Save" button.

• How do I save a car listing?

• You must be registered and logged into your Automoxie account to save a car listing. Once you have done so, you may then click the "save this car" button at the top of the car detail page.

• How do I save a search?

• In order to save a search you must be registered and logged into your Automoxie account. After concluding a search, click the "save this search" button at the top of the search results page.

• How many searches can I save?

• There are no limits to the amount of searches or cars that can be saved.
